I’m a Texas-native who moved to the big apple to pursue my Master’s in Journalism at NYU. I’m currently in the Magazine & Digital Storytelling program.
I previously lived in Austin, TX where I got my undergraduate degree in Journalism at UT Austin.
While the written word is my preferred playground, videography and photography are a few of the avenues I use to scratch my creative itch. With experience in both social media marketing and journalism, I’m a skilled communicator in all forms. My combined proficiency in storytelling, copywriting, and photography make me a strong creator, capable of adapting to a changing medium. Guess you could call me a content chameleon.
I’ve held a variety of journalism and social media roles, where I’ve been responsible for delivering everything from social copy to long-form features. If you’d like to see samples of them, you’ve come to the right place!
